Order Process

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order which will include your order number. If you uploaded artwork when you placed the order, a proof will be produced using the artwork provided.  You can also respond to the email confirmation with your artwork. If there is an issue with the artwork or the product meeting a specific date, you will be contacted by one of our team members. After the order has been reviewed, you will receive an email proof. You will need to either approve or request a revision. Once all art and details are approved then it will be forwarded into production. 

Your order is not moved forward without your approval!



What type of artwork is acceptable? What if I need help with artwork? Typically a vector file is the best file type because it will become distorted during resizing.  Examples of vector files include eps, ai, cdr, press ready pdf, wmf and svg. If there are fonts they need to be converted to outlines. 

If you do not have the appropriate file, DO NOT WORRY! Email over what you have and our art team will take it from there however it will add some extra time. In the end, we want you to be happy with the product!

Rest assured whatever artwork used to produce your order is kept on file for four years.  This makes reorders as well as new orders for other items easy and streamlined.


We do offer a wide selection of stock colors, please refer to each item.  There are some cases in which you would like to specify a PMS color. We can accomodate special PMS matches for most items.  To mix the ink there may be an additional fee. Some printing processes do not allow for an exact match but we will work to get as close as possible. If you require a PMS Match, a member of our team will reach out via phone or email.

When will I  get my order

Production times are listed for each product however the production times do not start until all art and details are approved. Shipping times can vary so if you have an event, please specify on your order or reach out to one of our team members.


We accept checks, all major credit cards. You can request to open an account. Our terms are 30 day net and you will need to fill out a credit application. This may slow down your order to get terms established.  If you pay via credit card, we will authorize the card but we do not settle the card until the order ships.


We do not sell any client information.

Changes or Cancellations

You can cancel an order prior to it going into production. However once the item has been imprinted, we are unable to accept the cancellation. If you need to change the order, please reach out to one of our team members to assist you.

Setup Fees

Some of our items do include a setup fee.  This is not an art fee but a fee to make the necessary to imprint the item with your personalization.  Examples include screens or die charges. If you reorder the item with the same imprint you will not be charged a new setup.


You will receive an emailed proof prior to production unless it is a repeat order.  Your order is not processed until it has been approved.

Sales Tax

We co collect sales tax on orders shipped to Indiana and Texas.  If you are exempt, you will need to provide the appropriate tax exemption or resale certificate.


We are happy to send you samples on most items free of charge to keep.  Some of our more expensive items will need to be returned. Our sample policy is intended to help with your decision making process. We do reserve the right to refuse to send free samples at our discretion.

Order Quantities

The order quantities listed on the website is the usual minimum quantities.  There are times we are able to do less than minimum pricing.  If you need a smaller quantity please reach out to a team member for assistance.  If you need larger quantities than listed please call for larger quantitiy pricing.


If we use artwork you provided with a trademark, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.

Order Issues

If you are unhappy with your order please contact a team member so we can get it resolved. We want to make sure you a 100% satisfied with your order.  We stand behind our prodkucts so whether it is redoing the order in its entireity or a refund we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with the result
